Words of Wisdom No.6 - Brush Your Teeth with Baking Soda Once a Week
Brushing your teeth with toothpaste daily may not be enough especially if you’re suffering on
tooth discoloration. Your dentist may recommend bleaching agents or you can also buy over-the-counter medications. However for those who don’t have enough time or resources to buy expensive creams, you could actually use something that can easily be found in your kitchen. Brushing your teeth with
baking soda once a week can help improve the color of your teeth. You can use it the same way you use the toothpaste. Using baking soda as toothpaste will remove the stains in your teeth and make them look whiter as you use it regularly.
Using baking soda is a cheap way to achieve the same results in teeth whitening. If your gums start to feel raw, you can alternate brushing with salt every other day. Just make sure you spit it out after brushing though. If you ran out of baking soda, you can also try using
apple cider vinegar which can also be found in your kitchen easily. It has the same effects with baking soda when it comes to removing stains and whitening your teeth. It’s also not so expensive compared to over-the-counter bleaching agents.
If you have teeth misalignment problems aside from tooth discoloration, then it would be best to contact the experts. Fixing these types of problems as early as possible is the most cost-effective way to achieve the desired results. Complications may arise if these problems are prolonged.
